But we think the most exciting thing about this time of year is all the possibilities for fun and physical activity under the sun. This is the perfect opportunity to relax, get outside and be active in the best weather of the year, whether it&#8217;s at the park, beach, pool, court, or even your own garden. Workouts that were previously limited to indoor fitness spaces, garages, and basement gyms become even more effective during the season&#8217;s more favorable temperatures.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"1\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">But you may feel pressured to do more than just have fun. If you think about your body more than any other time of the year outside of resolution season in January, you&#8217;re not alone.
